Esta pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica est\u00e1 respaldada por la Constituci\u00f3n de Puerto Rico y por amplia legislaci\u00f3n local y federal, que expresamente proh\u00edbe el discrimen por raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero en el empleo. Este Oficial est\u00e1 encargado de orientar mediante charlas a los empleados y supervisores del Recinto sobre la normativa de discrimen en el empleo. El funcionario tambi\u00e9n se encarga de investigar incidentes de discrimen en el empleo mediante un procedimiento informal. Este proceso es confidencial. Al concluir la investigaci\u00f3n, el Oficial de Cumplimiento rinde un informe al Rector con unas recomendaciones sobre el caso. El Rector es quien determina si la persona contra quien se ha presentado la queja ser\u00e1 referida al procedimiento formal disciplinario.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
