  1. This application must be completed only by students from duly accredited private institutions in Puerto Rico, the United States or abroad. These students must be interested in completing a bachelor’s degree, enrolling as a transient student, completing required courses for a graduate program, taking courses leading to a Teacher Certification (Certificado de Maestro), or being admitted through a Special Proposal.
  2. Read carefully, complete the application, pay and deliver at:
